What People Are Saying
So far my favorite cave in the Ozarks. The Bluff Dwellers Cave has a really nice gift shop and a surprisingly nice museum with minerals from all over and artifacts including arrowheads. The cave itself is beautiful. Easy to navigate, well maintained, and with beautiful structures. We saw a lot of fossils on the walls and two kinds of salamanders during our visit. The tour guide was knowledgeable and kind. Notice that this cave is pretty close to the Old Spanish Treasure Cave in Sulphur Springs, AR. I would recommend visiting both on the same day.

We drove all the way from from Eureka Springs to visit Bluff Dwellers Cavern. It was so worth it! The formations were dramatic, beautiful, and awe-inspiring! Not only is the cave beautiful, it is obviously tended to by people who are passionate about maintaining and conserving it. Our tour guide, Cory, was knowledgeable, entertaining, and enthusiastic. I’ve never been so close to such beautiful formations before. The museum was full of interesting minerals—I could have spent several hours getting lost in the dazzle of the pieces on display. Loved the black light room! I can’t recommend this cave enough—it was easily as cool as National Park and National Monument Caves I have visited.

Excellent show cave, kept largely natural by the family that has owned it for almost a century. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative. I have visited many caves over the years and probably enjoyed this almost as much as the huge, famous ones. Because it has not been commercialized, it felt very intimate. Also, it is about as accessible as a cave can be, so I recommend it for children and for adults who may have issues with steps, inclines or tight spaces.

Fun and excitement for the whole family!
Second time through the Cave and each time is better than the last.

Today was our second time. We were here last summer too. This year we had Nicole, last year Cory. Both were knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Across the board this has been our favorite cave tour we have had. Though some of the other caves may have more interesting formations, overall this is the best experience. Great gift shop, incredible museum, nice well maintained cave with a TON of salamanders. I recommend it to everyone traveling through.
